Jon Ed Powers

Jon graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Ag Business in the spring of 1995. Besides the duties of Final Flight, Jon helps manage a several thousand acre farming operation with his father and brother. During the winter months Jon spends his time hunting and guiding hunting parties in the backwaters of west TN. Jon resides in Union City, TN with his wife, Jennifer, their daughter, Bayleigh and son Jon Brayden.

Tripp Powers

Tripp graduated from the University of Tennessee in the spring of 1996 with a degree in Agriculture Business. Other than Final Flight Outfitters, he is a partner in Midway Farms and Powers Farms which specializes in growing row crops. During the fall and winter months Tripp spends time hunting and fishing with his son Cameron and guiding hunting parties with the Final Flight Crew. Tripp currently resides in Union City, TN with his wife, Hope, and his son Cameron.
Kelley Powers

At 29 years of age, Kelley Powers has little left to prove in the waterfowling world. He has already won the World Goose Calling Championship® and the World Goose Champion of Champions® forcing him to retire from this pinnacle-calling event. In Jan. of 2003 he won the International followed by the Masters, World Open and later the Worldwide which collectively of all major contests, is a feat that has never been achieved by any other individual.
Also, Kelley is part owner of Final Flight Outfitters, a mail order catalog company and waterfowl retail store located in Union City, TN. Final Flight specializes in retailing high-end waterfowl products for the consumer along with offering a full scale lodge and hunting operation.
Kelley has affiliations with several outdoor companies including: Under Armour, Benelli USA, Winchester Ammunition, Triton Boats, Go-Devil Motors, E.A.R. Inc., Higdon Decoys and Tim Grounds Championship Calls. Kelley has been featured in several outdoor publications, waterfowl videos and television productions including outdoor productions for ESPN, TNN, Men's Network and the Outdoor Channel and co-hosted his own outdoor radio show locally called West TN Outdoors.
Some other accomplishments include: an award started in his name entitled the "Kelley Powers Humanitarian Award" that is given yearly by the Liv For A Cure Foundation of Chicago, IL to individuals that display outstanding outdoor humanitarian efforts. Also, just recently he was recognized by the Governor of the State of Tennessee, the State Senate and State House of Representatives through resolution number 72, honoring him on his accomplishments and work with Tennessee's area youth. Kelley also graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in the spring of 2003. He is currently the National Sales Manager for Higdon Decoys and resides with his wife Mallory in Union City, TN.
